1. Service description

MariMetric provides real-time container tracking, vessel information, schedule data aggregation, API access, and MCP services. Data is sourced from third-party carrier APIs (Maersk, COSCO, ONE) and public standards, and may be delayed or differ from carrier sources.

2. Plans and billing

• Free: $0, 5 queries per IP per day, 3 active monitors, 6-hour refresh
• Starter $19/mo: 25 active monitors, 30-min refresh, 1K MCP/mo
• Pro $49/mo: 100 active monitors, 10-min refresh, 10K MCP/mo, REST API + MCP
• Business $149/mo: 500 active monitors, 5-min refresh, 50K MCP/mo, 99.9% SLA
• Enterprise: custom, contact [email protected]
• PAYG $2/monitor: pay-as-you-go, no monthly base
• MCP call packs: 1K = $9 / 5K = $39 / 20K = $119, one-time, never expire

3. Refunds and cancellation

All paid plans are month-to-month with no contract obligation. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first subscription for a full refund.

4. Data accuracy

MariMetric data is sourced from third-party carrier APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or missing. MariMetric makes no warranty as to data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. For business-critical decisions, rely on carrier-official data.

5. Abuse and rate limits

• Free tier: 5 queries per IP per day (IP + UA fingerprint), 429 on overflow
• No automated scripts, bots, or scrapers — IP ban on violation
• No use of MariMetric data for illegal purposes (contraband tracking, privacy violations, etc.)
• No circumvention of paid tier rate limits — accounts terminated on violation

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MariMetric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or goodwill. MariMetric's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email (subscribers) or in-app notice (free users). Continued use of MariMetric constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
